Stephen Wilson

Luxury boxes and bags have a new purpose in the hands of fine artist Stephen Wilson. With a background in fashion, machine embroidery, and digitizing, Wilson has crafted a truly unique luxury collection of art unlike anything else you have seen.

Each artwork is crafted from upcycled materials including designer shopping bags, boxes, silk scarves and handbags. Each piece begins with deconstructing and then designing each piece individually to become the background of each artwork. Other luxury items like ribbon, leather remnants, and silk scarves are transformed into elements that embellish the work.

Wilson's creative process is meticulous, from sourcing and design to production and finishing, all done in his North Carolina studio.
